Glenda Bradley’s Homemade Potato Soup Recipe

Potatoes, Onion, Celery, Shredded Carrots, Tbs. Butter ~ boil until tender then I add Milk , Salt & Pepper and Last I Cube up about 1 cup Velveeta Cheese (more or less) Stirring until it melts so it doesn't scorch on the bottom of the pot! I also sometimes add a cup frozen Green Peas. The Carrots & Peas gives it a pretty color for presentation! :) Yummy!!!!

  1. Hi Glenda. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving your sweet comments. Appears we have alot in common, painting, primitives, etc. I am also redoing my kitchen with a French country look. You will have to watch my blog for updates, and I will do the same! Your Christmas looked wonderful, and so does that yummy soup. I will have to try that recipe. Come back often, blessings, carrell
