The Last of The Harvest.

I picked the last of the Bell Peppers while I was at my In-laws this week.

I diced up the Red, Yellow & Green Bell Peppers & put into zip lock bags to freeze. I use these to make my egg omelets.  

                              All I have to do is add the diced onion & I am good to go!!!!

I diced the Green Peppers also to freeze & I use them for my Baked Beans, & anything that calls for Bell Peppers in it to be cooked.

I also worked up the last of the Okra  : "(

It only made 2 qt. freezer bags, but hey 2 is better than none at all .... Right? :
